Shaws of Darwen launch Pendle (Shaws of Darwen)
Shaws of Darwen, who have been manufacturing fireclay ceramic sinks in England for well over 100 years, launch their second ‘British made’ new product this year. Pendle, an elegantly styled single bowl, handcrafted sink with original weir overflow has been launched in response to numerous requests for a lighter weight fireclay sink with finer lines for the domestic customer seeking a combination of contemporary design and traditional hand-built quality.

"Pendle has been introduced to the market at an attractive price which reflects its position in our range and is created from the great design lines of the original Shaws Classic Belfast sink measuring 595x460x225mm. It has slimmer walls and comes complete with a 1½” waste outlet to accommodate a slotted waste, weighs 45kg and is available in the popular and traditional, white and pergamon finishes."
This new sink which carries the distinctive Shaws logo, joins the Shaws Classic Collection portfolio of sinks. It is manufactured from the same traditional robust materials using modern technology and improved methods and is guaranteed for 25 years. Pendle is ideal in fusing together a traditional hand-made sink with today’s modern kitchen design.
